Complaints and consumer dispute resolution
If you have a complaint about an order, please contact us first at office@booxit.cloud or by phone; we aim to resolve every complaint directly.
Pursuant to § 19 of the Austrian Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (AStG) we inform you that we are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Consumers may nevertheless contact the Internet Ombudsstelle (www.ombudsstelle.at), a state-recognised Austrian dispute resolution body for online transactions, or the Verbraucherschlichtung Austria (www.verbraucherschlichtung.at). The former EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
