Right of withdrawal
Consumers within the meaning of § 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) have the following right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), which implements Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. A consumer is any natural person who orders for purposes that are outside their trade, business or profession. Business customers have no right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item. For goods ordered before their announced dispatch date, the period likewise starts only when you receive the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us at Entenfellner und Partner GmbH, Georg-Reitinger-Straße 7, 4609 Thalheim bei Wels, Austria, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that, because of their quantity or size, cannot normally be returned by post (pallet shipments of 21 boxes or more), the cost of the return by freight forwarder is estimated at a maximum of approximately € 300 per pallet from Austria and Germany and up to approximately € 550 per pallet from other EU countries.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to § 18 FAGG there is no right of withdrawal for, among others:
- goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (for example boxes with customer-specific engraving, labelling or colours);
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.

Return handling
Where possible, use the original packaging and secure the goods for transport; this is a request, not a condition of your right of withdrawal. If you would like us to organise the return transport for a pallet shipment at your cost, write to office@booxit.cloud and we will quote the actual forwarder price before collection.
